Kate, other than the fact that she was drop-dead gorgeous and wore really cute clothes, I did not find her to be all that interesting. The lucid dreaming aspect of the book was one of those things that did not work for me.
I wished something more dynamic had happened, but some books do work better as quiet character studies. This book had many great moments, but kisxing reflection, I am not sure if I really liked it.
One of the things I didn’t really like about Lauren Myracle’s Internet Girls series was that, while funny and good reads, they were nothing like what I experienced during my teenage years. I felt that some of the supporting characters took away from the story sometimes and I didn’t care much for the lucid dreams stuff.
